This Pistachio Cannoli bar honestly took all year to get right 😅 and I can’t believe I haven’t realised how amazing it is until pretty recently!!! The wafer stays so crunchy and the texture of the crunch against the slightly salty, but sweet pistachio filling is amazing. I’ve heard people say pistachio cream is a bit too sweet for them, but this definitely is more on the savoury side. And against that white and dark chocolate 🍫 wow.
